Privacy notice

BeautyPack stores the account details you give us (name, email, password hash), the packaging data your organisation enters, and first-party product analytics about how the product is used. Analytics never include SKU names, supplier names or packaging technical data.

Packaging data is commercially sensitive and is only visible to members of your organisation. Evidence documents are stored in private object storage and served only to authenticated members. Supplier request pages expose only the fields you choose to request.

We use Cloudflare for hosting and Resend for transactional email. We do not sell data or use third-party advertising trackers.
